Whether you're looking for beautiful display signage for a trade show or outdoor prints printed directly to vinyl or Sintra, we have solutions. In recent years, the quality of large format color prints has drastically improved so that instead of simply printing 4-color process, we are capable of printing in six colors. Six-color printing yields a wider color gamut not found in 4-color printers. Printing with the addition of light cyan and light magenta to the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) allows for more accurate flesh tones and a wider range of pantone colors. We are able to print to a wide range of substrates: photo gloss paper, canvas, watercolor papers, and fabric, to name a few.
We also have the capability to print directly to substrates ¼" thick or less utilizing our UV printer. This is a 4-color process printer perfectly suited for full-color temporary outdoor signage like vinyl banners, sandwich boards, car magnets, window clings, and Tyvek signs. The UV prints are extremely durable. Once the ink is applied to the substrate, the UV light actually "bakes" the ink onto the surface. This allows for good adhesion and a 12- to 18-month outdoor life.
This printing device also allows for printing directly to Foam core or Gator foam so you are able to realize cost savings by not having to print to paper and then mount to the substrate. This saves us time and you money.
